I have a really simple and easy recipe to share with you all today. My hubbie and I have been on a quest to make simple, healthy meals with as few ingredients and preservatives as possible and this recipe fits right in. We also reheated a few of these for lunch the next day and they were just as delicious.
Ham and Swiss Sliders

6 large rolls (I recommend Great Harvest fresh made rolls)
12 slices fresh sliced ham
6 slices baby swiss cheese
3/4 tsp yellow mustard
4 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tbsp finely minced onion (or 1 tsp dried onion flakes)
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Preheat oven to 350d degrees F. Split the rolls and spread the insides lightly with mayonnaise. Fold 2 slices of ham to fit each bun and top with a slice of swiss cheese. Replace the top bun to assemble the sandwiches. Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet.
To make the sauce, combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Drizzle the sauce over the tops of the slider buns. Cover with foil and bake 10 minutes, until cheese is melted. Remove the foil and bake an additional 2 minutes longer. Serve warm with a side salad or veggies to round out the meal.
