There was really no way American Signature could deny the poor quality. Also, I made sure to stress that there was no "incident" to cause the tears so they were unable to blame it on us. Good luck!

JenJenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10953578432701352056noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3928413536240689124.post-29455177680641391822011-06-20T22:50:59.532-07:002011-06-20T22:50:59.532-07:00Hi! I have a very quick question, how did you manage to get your chair replaced? From many of the posts I've read, the warranty company was very difficult, and made even reparations impossible for someone who said her leather ripped, instead of tore. Any tips/advice that could make my claim easier to process would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you,
Yvette2Bhappyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01075398975633641157noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3928413536240689124.post-32751443631148272012011-01-11T08:29:57.102-08:002011-01-11T08:29:57.102-08:00now thats a great warranty.now thats a great warranty.paulahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09732549311548601111noreply@blogger.com
